Lee Greenewalt
Big Sky Farm Handweaving
Textiles for your Home - Beauty you can use

Hello, and welcome to my website! I have been weaving for 30 years, the last 20 of those in my studio (or loom room) here in Shoreham, Vermont. Looking out my window at the weather changing and the sheep and cattle grazing, I produce household fabrics for everyday use: kitchen towels of cotton, linen, and rayon, wool blankets and throws, and rag rugs from recycled clothing. I prefer to use lots of colors in my work, inspired by my yarn collection, the natural world, and  the latest trends in interiors. I do all my own designing and many of the pieces are one-of-a-kind.
Big news: as of July 1st, 2009, I have set up a new studio at The Granary, 29 Union st. in Brandon, VT. I will be moving my rag rug weaving operation over there, and hope to be weaving in Brandon 3 days a week or so. You are welcome to  visit me- but please call me at home or e-mail for an appointment before you come, my hours at the studio are erratic! (see contact info on web-site). All my products will be available in Brandon and I can show you a personal display.
